We began in 2008 as a boutique consulting company focused on capital raising solutions. What started as a focused practice grew steadily; not through planned expansion, but through deepening client relationships and the natural broadening of mandates that come with long-term advisory work. Over the years, the team grew in the same way: through people who stayed, built expertise and took on greater responsibility. Heena Shah joined in 2010, grew into a senior leadership role by 2017, and has been an integral part of the organisation's growth since. As the company expanded into transaction services, management consulting and business strategy, the team expanded with it - Heli Oza joining in 2021 and Karan Bakshi in 2025, each adding to the growing range of advisory capability.
Today, we operate as a multidisciplinary advisory company working with corporates, financial institutions, entrepreneurs and family businesses across a wide range of financial, strategic and growth-focused mandates.
